Reserving an instrument:
requires 1) signed contract. AND 2) Deposit or guaranty from major credit card.

Payment due in full on delivery:
A balance check or check for the total amount is due when instrument is presented for delivery. We do not bill rentals. Client is solely responsible for all terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

Cancellation:
Client Cancellation of any confirmed rental results in a charge of 50% of rental.

Stairs and Steps:
We do not rent pianos where there are more than 5 steps total in the delivery. The published rental charges include up to 3 total steps. In the case of 4-5 steps the charge is $8. per step for all steps.

Damage or abuse:
Client is responsible for any damage (other than normal wear and tear) as long as the instrument is in clients possession.

Delivery:
We work with time "windows" of 2 hours. The vast majority of our deliveries are made during the agreed window. Please accept our apologies if we arrive late due to the many circumstances beyond our control. We will call if it appears the window will be missed.

Pickup:
Client agrees Company will have access to the piano for pickup during the agreed pickup window. Client will contact Company should their circumstances require a change. Pickup after regular business hours are charged at a premium.

Moving after delivery:
Pianos may not be moved after delivery unless done so by Company. Moving by unauthorized persons can result in personal injury and damage to property. (See Damage or abuse).

Tuning and preparation:
Pianos are prepared for every event in our make-ready room. This insures the best possible instrument, and trouble-free performance. Piano will again be checked after delivery. This is all included in the published rental price.
