I'm not sure about Jurgen, but I have this exact problem. I once made the mistake of buying a recording of Bach's Brandenburg Concerti that were played at "baroque" pitch. The interpretation as such is beautiful, but the semitone pitch diff

Here, here. Slatkin sees things about the finalists that no one on the jury can appreciate from a distance. He certainly pegged Fei Fei's difficulties from the start, but was also sympathetic towards the possibility she was tired from such a grueli

I think the Steinway sounded good in the '82-'84 period. The Steinway sounded very odd on the Live In Australia album. Did they harden up the hammers or something? Very little sustain audible. In '84 there was what looked to be a mic input/mixer mou

paper plans are never the exact dimension due to shrinking, humidity, folding, ... only the numbers/dimensions written have to be taken in account (learned that the hard way with a keyboard plan)

Thanks Bruce. I certainly agree to not accent the second beat of m4 and similar places. My problem is only with the final sf in the penultimate measure. It is there in all scores available on imslp, though I agree it does not make sense contextually.

Should I consider the yamaha p35? It is very tempting. Has ghs. Compatible with fc3 pedal so there is half pedaling. I am on a budget and can get it for cheap. 32 note polyphony/awm samples won't matter if strictly using it as a software piano.
