Depending on condition, and the antique value, I would price it low for a beginner. It is probably from the early 1900s, I can tell it has ivory keys, and places where candel sticks use to be. Make sure all keys work and pedals. The right pedal sustains the sound, and left is a mute. If you have more questions just let me know.
Thanks for posting.

Ask the piano technician that the school used to tune and maintain it. It makes a poor impression from the picture. It really may be worth nothing. Do you know if it is even in tune or holds a tune? If an independent technician will give it a value and a report on its condition, then you might be able to consider an auction with that report provided for bidders. Looking more closely at the photo, I wonder if the piano has it been kept next to some sort of electric heat? That may have damaged it over the years, drying out the soundboard. I bought a used piano from Craigslist and these are the types of questions I would have about your piano. A buyer for a beginner player should not buy it without having information on its condition.
