I've been studying piano now for just over six months, and what a joy it's been. I'm lucky enough to get to practice often (about 2 hours a day) and both my teacher and I am delighted with my progress. (Except when I'm discouraged and want to toss the piano out onto the snow!)
I love Bach and have learned two of the minuets from the Anna M notebooks, La Caroline (by CPE) and two of the short preludes. I'm wondering if any of you have suggestions for other pieces by Bach at around this level.

Try this:)

Solfegetto by CPE Bach. It's about the same level as the first prelude from WTC, which was suggested by GreenRain - good choice by the way.

Don't be afraid to do more pieces from the AMB Notebook and from the short preludes. These would all be good and they have plenty of different challenges to work through.

Many people would advise against this, so take it with fair warning. I started Invention #8 at around six months. It took me six months to learn, but now, at 2 1/2 years total playing experience, it's one of my best and favorite pieces. I would only suggest it for someone like you who has several hours a day to practice and loves Bach. Number 8 is one of the easiest of the Inventions, but still provides great exposure to Bach's 2-part counterpoint style. If you don't spend so much time on it that it distracts you from other pieces more in line with your level, it is worth considering.

I agree, this is a great piece and she is playing it a beautiful speed. Alot of times I hear this piece played too fast. I like it better at this tempo.

Another piece you might want to try is the:
Musette in G Major from the English Suite no.3.

Also the March in D Major from the Little Clavier Book for Anna Magdalena Back is nice too.

The minuet from the sixth French suite is lovely. The key is F, so that might be fun change for you.
