The last few days I'm polishing the Prealudium C-minor of JS Bach.

Very nice music: it's feeling...... Bach in the tips of your fingers.

Beauty, grand, majestically, prominent , sobriety, simplicity, simpleness, plainness et cetera ....and therefore not quite easy to perform perfect.

I can'nt stop playing it.......

This is by far my favorite of all the little preludes. I read somewhere that there is some doubt that it was written by Bach. If it wasn't, then there is some poor, unknown composer out there who deserves more credit than they received.

Note the "Fur Laute" - this prelude was originally written for the lute/(guitar) - which explains how the bass notes are arranged. I find that if I imagine it being played on a guitar that it sounds better on the keyboard.
