Pieces for dynamics practice

My teacher suggested I start some new pieces by learning the dynamics in the very beginning instead of waiting until I know all the notes as a change from what I currently do. She thinks it might make a difference in my final product.
What pieces would work for this?I have Frances Clark's Supplementary Solos Lv. 1 and Levels 3&4. I have Andrew Lloyd Webber's Easy Piano book. But I prefer Bach's Little Preludes. I have spent 4 months on Bach's Preludes in F Major and D Minor. I'm memorizing the easy version of Traumerei that I found on the Pianoforums.I'm playing Comme Au Premier Jour by Gagnon, Sonatina in F Major by Beethoven, and the Andante movement of Beethoven's Symphony No.5.
What pieces should I be looking at for some dynamic work?

Thanks, Signa I found a copy of Clementi's Sonatina, Op 36, No 1 in my easy classics book. It provides me with a different focus, thinking mostly dynamics and not note reading. I'm enjoying it.
