Is anyone here familiar with this piece?

My teacher just introduced it to me last night, he'd like to me think about working on it next. He played it for me and sent me home with the music but I probably won't start working on it earnestly for another week or two as I'm polishing a couple Chopin preludes right now. He thought the Scriabin would be a great piece to follow the Chopin pieces.

I'm not familiar with Scriabin myself...I liked the piec well enough when he played it but the music is a bit initimdating to me and of the pieces I've worked on so far with this teacher it didn't talk to me the way the others have.

Just curious if anyone has worked on this piece? I think this is going to be a real challenge for me...I'm just a couple months back at the piano after twenty years away...I'm not sure I'm in love with this piece and if it's going to be a real stretch I want to love it. I haven't pushed back on anything he's presented for me to work on yet so told him I'd give it a try.
