Can I direct you to a nice little piece/exercise my teacher gave me three weeks ago. I found it so difficult at first because it was the first time I had to play quavers and so many of them in a bar. I managed to see some light today with it and heres a recording. Interested to hear your comments, please. http://www.box.net/shared/oso0c31c5p

That's kinda pretty, Ragtime...
Nicely played.
Ever notice that, when you look at the sheet, it's full of stems and flags and dots and ties and it's almost black with all the dots in various forms, but when you finally get it in your hands, it's somehow smooth and sounds so calm. Not at all like the "mess" it is on paper....
