Hello all,

I'm late to the celebration party, but should others venture here I want them to know that it's never too late to enjoy good piano playing.

What a wonderful surprise to have found and downloaded the .zip files from recital #3 and listen to each of the 34 entries. There is a multitude of talent represented here and I'm thrilled to have heard it. These pieces will remain in an easily accessible place on my hard drive and in my memory so that I may hear each of you when reading your posts in other forums about different topics.

You each have earned well-deserved praise from others. Let me be the latest to add my heartfelt applause for your beautiful music. I now feel as though I have had a glimpse through your eyes and have seen the muse that moves you.

A special thank you goes to Bob Muir for the .zip files that made it possible to hear all the entries. I could not listen to all in the recital forum because of technical difficulties beyond my control.

I've stated before and will continue to express my joy in finding this wonderful web site dedicated to the instrument whose beauty is embedded so deeply in my soul.

Thank you for further enriching this site and freely sharing your gifts with me.

I'll be listening for more,

Lisztener

mahlzeit,

Thank you for the reminder. I assume you will have an entry in recital #4.

While writing, I'm listening to the truly enjoyable, majestic sound you coaxed from your Roland while playing "Air from Suite No.3 in D-major (BWV 1068) / J.S. Bach" in recital #3. It is silky-smooth.

I'm going to learn how to record my acoustic so I'll be able to enter the recitals.

I'm impressed with the quality of your play after such a short period of self-teaching.

Best of luck to you in general and I know you'll make your Roland sing beautifully once more, soon, for all to hear.

I'll be listening,

Lisztener
