Hello. I started a blog focused on the piano, music and life as a piano teacher.

Please feel free to pop in and look around.

Hi Ahmedito! Glad to see you posted this here. \:\)

I'm going to repeat what I said in the other forum (since nobody ever goes there). I thought your blog is very nice and quite professional in appearance. There's a lot of good advice in there for Adult Beginners, including the admonition to research a piece before starting it.

I'm guilty of not following that advice myself, as there are many times I start an Einaudi piece without bothering to look up his liner notes or translate the title.

Thanks a lot. I was something of an adult beginner, considering that I started studying the piano, from scratch when I was 16 years old. That is a very very late age for a professional.

It helped that I had a background in music, having played the trumpet since I was a small child.

Hi. I stopped updating the blog for a few months last year, got very busy with concerts and found out I'm going to be a father! laugh

I started updating again two months ago, just bumping this thread to let you guys know. I'm updating about 2 or 3 times a week.

Thanks!
