I have started my 1st book of sight-reading during my preparation for my examination grade 2.
In fact i have realize that i am rather weak on that though i have to admit that i have some musical background.30 seconds on the bars isn't enough for me to capture and display it on my piano.

Any best approach to improve on sight-reading?

P/S:A good musician without a strong foundation and sight-reading is not going to be a excellent player

select a really easy piece first (below your playing level) and sight read it slowly this way: looking on bass clef first and then up to treble, one/half bar at a time, and before your fingers finish playing the notes at the current bar, turn your eyes immediately to the next bar from bass to treble...
