Gilbert Full Member Registered: 12/22/06 Posts: 442 Loc: Ireland	RTE TV(Ireland) had a great programme on the piano last night. It featured some of the best pianists in Ireland in action ranging from the age of 4years upwards. It also looked at piano construction, tuning and development. There wer some great pieces played that really influenced me, in particular 'Fur Elise' and 'Moonlight Sonata' by Beethoven. psychopianoman 500 Post Club Member Registered: 11/29/05 Posts: 608 Loc: Oklahoma	I do not know the name of it but late at night on PBS they have a Jazz Greats show that features piano on many of the shows. signa 8000 Post Club Member Registered: 06/06/04 Posts: 8452 Loc: Ohio, USA	PBS did show on the New Year Eve that Cleveland orchestra plays at Carnegie Hall with pianist L.O.Ansnes playing a Mozart concerto and etc. just wish such a show would be often enough, which is not currently.
