In the sheet below, I marked two rests, it seems to me that they should be 1/8 rests, instead of the 1/4 rests that they are, because the way it is, the note values in the treble clef don't add up to more than 1. Second quesion is sort of related to the first one. I color coded the notes that I am hitting at the same time (same color, means I press both notes at the same time, with my left and right hand). Is my timing correct? Third question is what is the value of the 1/8note with two dots (it appears in a lower measure) Thanks for the answers:

The rests may very well be correct. The following notes are a tuplet - 3 quarter notes in the space of 2, with the last of the 3 quarter notes being comprised of two eighth notes.
The measure with the double-dotted 8th note is just plain wrong. (A double dotted 8th would be equal to an 8th plus a 16th plus a 32nd.) Measure 8 makes no sense either.
It's not a professionally produced score, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
On a side note, the chord progression is from Elgar's "Enigma Variations" and the middle staff outlines the basic theme of the orchestral work.

So can anyone tell me if I'm playing the color coded notes at the right moment? The rests didn't make sense, so I ended up counting from the end of the measure, which is how I arrived at my sequence. Originally posted by Kreisler: On a side note, the chord progression is from Elgar's "Enigma Variations" and the middle staff outlines the basic theme of the orchestral work. [/b] You're right - it's actually a remix of that piece by Rob Dougan, called "Clubbed To Death" - and the trick is to play all 3 staffs with two hands, like in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dp0guLWSbvY Most people only do 2 staffs, without the "third hand" like here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAotXJl_31c&NR
