Could somebody explain how digital piano with moving keys would enhance learning?

What are 'moving keys'? I'm puzzled!

I think, shocking keys are more useful. But you should spend a little more money and get a good one which you can adjust the level of current. Moreover, in some models the shock level varies depending on the mistake. From my experience 20mA is good for wrong keys and 12mA is good for timing mistakes. Of course, when you are still learning the piece it is a good idea to turn off the timing mistake shocks since you would be playing slowly and you don't want to be shocked throughout the entire piece. It has a disadvantage though, you get some burns on your fingertips. But, no gain no pain, right?
