Well I'm sad. My teacher is expecting a baby in early Dec. I knew she was going to be taking some time off from teaching but I thought I had about a month to worry about it. Well Nick & I went to our lesson this afternoon and she's had a change of plans and next week will be our last lesson with her. Nick just loves her, she is fantastic with kids and I had a great rapport with her as well so we will really miss our lessons with her. It also appears she may not start back up till Spring and maybe only part time so we need to start looking around for someone new. She's given us a few names and promised to forward on anymore that she runs across so I guess I'll have to start a new search. I certainly can't blame her she wants to take some time to spend with her little boy before the new baby arrives, I'd do the same and after the baby arrives she'll have 2 under 5 and as a mom I know how hectic that can be. I hope we can make as a good a connection with someone new especially for my 10 yr old.

Good luck in your interviews for a new teacher - at least you have a few names to look into. Maybe one will be almost as good as your original! \:\)

Let us know how it goes!
