nothing again. nah, here is something. i joined this 30 day cleansing program, and i lost 7 total inches in 3 days. 3inches off my waist alone. here are the pics. if you want to know what i am doing you can pm me.

kept it short without all the details this time around. but i was having problems getting to my piano because i was sick, so i had to do something so i started this program and now i am back on the bench:)

Bob, yes i am under a doctors care,and going in for testing tomorrow. the reason i was so excited is i started the program to feel better and then i am eating and losing weight!!!i just think its incredible!!! maybe every sunday i will post a weekly pic. this program just rocks!!!

Keep it up, kid..... you just might get me to dieting again as well as practicing. Remember, you and I started playing at roughly the same time, and I am amazed as your speedy progress on the piano and now, this.
