Many years ago Victor Borge did a comedy bit using inflationary language. He picked up a novel and started to read:
Twice upon a time.........
It was a great bit. Saw him do it on TV and again in person.

I took the first string of digits and subtracted 1 from each one to get 01010100. I typed this into Google, and what did I get? The binary code for the alphabet. Then I just decoded the rest of the strings. Anything to avoid practicing....
