Please make sure that the studio or professional recording engineer that you hire understand and agree that  you[/b] own all the rights to  your[/b] recording. The studio/engineer should understand that the recording is "work for hire" -- you paid to have it made, and you're going to retain all the rights to that recording. Though to be fair, do feel free to give the studio/engineer credit in your textual liner notes.
