kekumu Junior Member Registered: 12/18/06 Posts: 1 Loc: hawaii	I would like someone to point me in the direction of someone who can help me fogure out what is wrong with my piano? It was given to me by my neighbor 6 months ago. It sat for 6 months... I lost the A/C adapter. (plug into the wall). MY FIRST QUESTION IS CAN I USE ANY TYPE OF A/C ADAPTER.... BECUASE IT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME ONE AS THE ONE IN THE BACK OF MY BOOM BOX STEREO? OR IS IT LIKE THOSE A/C ADAPTERS BEHIND PRINTERS AND SCANNERS... WHERWE THERE IS SOME KIND OF BOX IN BETWEEN THE WIRE...

gaffster Full Member Registered: 10/18/06 Posts: 229 Loc: east central florida	you must match all of these things below with a substitute adapter Voltage Level e.g. 12V and Type of violtage AC or DC (Usually DC) Current (Amperage) Rating (You must know the minimum you need or the device will not power up (e.g. 3A) And Plug type and polarity for the KB power in socket. Some have the outer conductor positive (Hot) and others (most) have the center positive. The users manual specifies all this info. _________________________ -cheers!!!
