I would like to know all white keys should have the same height and width right? I just bought a pinao recently and realised it seems to be 2 sets of white keys.. one set is slightly shorter (no very onvious) than another set. Is it possible that the manuafacturer ran out of the set of keys? Hmmm.. need help thanks

All of the white keys should be uniform.

The keys should all be the same size with the possible exception of the very highest and lowest note being slightly wider in some older models. Is it possible that some keys were recovered with plastic and not filed to length (or were too short to begin with)to match the originals? I am talking about the slight overhang on the end of the key, not the face of the key. Some key covers are also integral with the key face and others use 2 separate pieces. Key covers also vary in thickness and color also. It may be there was a mismatch done but I highly doubt it came from a factory like that. It is best to recover all keys at the same time with same material...cost is usually between 350-500$.
