St. Louis Blues -- Is that the right chord?

With my parents recent move to Missouri, I felt obligated to add the St. Louis Blues by W.C. Handy to my repertoire. I have the original sheet music (1914), and I'm discovering musical typesetting then wasn't what it is today. Does anyone know if final chord in the treble cleff in m.25 (on page 2, right under the lyrics "Feel to-mor-row") is actually E-F#-A as written. Somehow the F# sounds strange. Any input would be appreciated.

Its probably a D7. What key is it in?

You asked this before, and I answered it. Don't you bother to read your own posts if you want an answer?

If you don't like E - F# - A, and this *is* a D7 (in G, this would be the V chord), then play C-F#-A.
Better?

It is probably F#m7 (or half-dim) followed by B7 then Em... Maybe the key is really E minor. It would have the same signature as G.

Im sure your right Varcon, I cant see what you see. The original post said there was an F#....
That still cant be right though, unless its a turnaround, which STILL dosent resolve to its fifth.

Thanks to all for the lively discussion and elaboration on this matter (and to BDB on his original response in the Pianists Corner Forum). My edition with the f# is from 1914, so it appears the note was corrected to g in the 1932 printing as BDB noted.
