Hi, I need some advice and help on finding English songs that has this Chord Progression. I'm a beginner taking keyboard lessons and my teacher asked me to find songs with this Chord Progression as my assignment.
C, G/B, Am, C/G, F, C/E, Dm, G

And now you want other people to do your homework, eh.  This looks suspiciously like the chord progression from Pachelbel's Canon in D (though it's in the key of C now and there are some small differences). There is this video on YouTube where some guy plays a lot of popular songs with this chord progression, so I suggest you look there.

Sounds like the chords to "Piano Man" by Billy Joel, to me. With the exception of the Am, which should maybe be C/Am. Did we just help with the homework, or do it!? Let us know what grade we got! Diane Jazz/Blues/Rock/Boogie Piano Teacher
