Hi: My daughter is a budding jazz pianist and likes the music of the late Ruben Gonzalez (from the Buena Vista Social Club). His recordings are available on CD but there is no sheet music to be found anywhere for anything except the BVSC soundtrack.

Can anyone point me to a service or person who could take a piano latin jazz recording by Ruben Martinez and transcribe it to piano sheet music? My daughter would like to learn one of his songs for an upcoming high school jazz band audition.

Any ideas.

You may have to find the original works of the composers who Ruben Gonzalez performed on the album.

Latin Real Book has several of the more or less originals. Most if the tunes he plays were composed, as another poster said, by someone else. Listen especially to the left hand patterns for each of the several styles he plays.
