I bought a book of standards by Dietz and Schwartz that had some printing errors. One email and they sent me a new one no questions asked. _________________________ I am supposed to be working now.

One lost order and they insisted that I didn't place it, one extremely delayed order (I hate that they batch your order until everything is in), and I'm still waiting for one Peters edition and it's been five weeks with an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks total.

The only problem is that sometimes, things are not readily available (like the Poulenc nocturnes) and I find myself waiting 4-5 weeks for delivery (though, as I said, they were accurate in the delivery time estimate). Well, at sheetmusicplus they mean it. The last think I ordered took that long, but there was no real reason (it was in-stock) why and technically it was on-time.
