I like it, I like the way the harmony shifts mode. I believe some of your enharmonic spelling doesn't really indicate what's going on harmonically. Your c to d flat motion is really a minor to major shift, and thus should be spelled c to c#, or perhaps even b# to c#. There are a few other similar spots. In fact of your opening and signature motive I'd ask, is that really an augmented fourth (A#) or a diminished fifth (Bb)? Obviously this is nit picking, but it's the kind of thing that fellow composers will notice.
BUT, I really enjoyed this piece. Thanks for posting a piece that asks so many interesting harmonic questions.

As much one can view this piece in a traditional E minor(key signature!) and apply the enharmonic rules, I didnt write it that way, it uses more modal minor scale, not sure if thereis a scale named! take a melodic minor ascending and augment the 4th instead of a perfect 4th and thats probably the scale. So I tend to view the opening as E-A# as opposed to E-Bflat, but that might be a good discussion in itself. Also I could have put a C# and D# in the key signature itself and that would ahve cleared that confusion. Anyway I appreciate ur thoughts.
