Hellooo out there! I'm a new member so I just thought that I would notify all before I start posting. I've been reading the posts on piano world for a couple of weeks now and I thought it was finally time for me to begin contributing. I guess I should give a little background--I've been playing piano for about a year and a half and I love it. I'm a junior in high school and I started composing several months ago. My favorite composer is Chopin but I love all the greats. If you have any questions, just ask--and one more thing...Is it possible to make midi files of compositions made in Finale Notepad? It's the program that I use, and while I would love to post some of my music, I don't know how.

Anyway, I'll be around--

welcome! i think 'Finale Notepad Plus' (not the free one) used to have such a function to save .mus file to .mid. i'm not sure however if such plus version still exists with Notepad 2006 though? sorry, i haven't been checking those things out for a while.
