Is there anyway to convert a Garageband file into a Encore file. Or convert a PDF file of sheet music into Encore, or MIDI?
p.s. I dont have computer access often, so I probably wont respond to thank you. So thanks in advance.

I don't know what you mean by converting zip files to PDFs - a zip is a compressed format for any type of file(s).
As for JPGs (and most any other format, for that matter), probably your best bet is to install a PDF printer, then open your file in whatever application you use to view them and select print, but instead of printing to your usual printer, select the PDF printer. It will ask you where to save your PDF file, and voila - done...
PDF995 is my personal one of choice. It doesn't put any watermarks on your output, though it pops up advertisements.
As for the OP, I am not familiar with Garageband - can't help you much there...

If you don't have time to say thanks, how will you have time to read our replies? Seems like a thank you would only add about 30 seconds... For creating PDFs of anything you can print, you can also use the free program "cute pdf": http://www.cutepdf.com/ No ads or watermarks. Once it's installed, you simply select print from the program you're using, and then select "cute pdf" from the printer list (it acts as if it were just another printer). I could, for example, make a pdf of this page as I'm typing, by selecting "print" from my web browser, and then cute-pdf as the printer. (It will then ask you to name the new file, and where to save it.) It's a great tool

I dont have a lot of time, so going online is not a top priority. About the PDF thing, if your using a mac, when you print view as a PDF and then save that.
That is completely off topic BTW.
Is there any other way to import music in Encore besides by hand?

There are several programs that will "scan" a page (or a PDF) and convert it to a MIDI file that can then be imported into Encore.
