Hi,

I decided to share a recording of one of my first attempts at composing a piece.

It's something that came out of my improvisations over the past year, and it's supposed to be a little dark and dreamy. Even though the main themes come from improvisation, the structure has (some)thought behind it and a theme reoccurs in different form throughout the piece.

Piano is a Viscount viva-x (digital stagepiano) and recorded with Audacity.
(It's also one of my first attempts at recording.. but I hope it gives the general idea.)

(Filesize is approx. 3.2 MB)

Any comments welcome!

This is one of your first attempts? Very, very impressive. I'd be interested to hear more of your work if you'd be willing to post it.

Thanks,

Even though this was my first attempt at putting a piece together from beginning to end, it did take me a long time, only working on it when I felt like it, and most of the introduction I had written almost a year ago already.
I don't have anything else worth listening to so far, but hopefully in the future.
