Oscarsidebo,
Chopin didn't write any pieces for beginners.
This book
Chopin: An Introduction To His Piano Works contains a selection of pieces by Chopin starting with some of his easier works.
Alternately, these are his works that are included in the Keith Snell series. They don't start appearing until Level 5 (the series ranges from Preparatory to 10). This should give you an idea of the relative difficulties of this work.

If you are familiar with the Alfred's series that is discussed in the threads on this forum, then consider that level 5 is where many of the "challenge" section pieces of Alfred's Book 3 are rated.
