I heard recently that Bosendorfer has a training similar to what Yamaha and Steinway offer. Has anyone been through it or know of anyone who has?

Also, does anyone know if anyone is carrying Bosendorfer in the Seattle area?

I know of a few people who have had some training/work experience at Bosendorfer. It was not a regulated or organized training session like S&S or Yamaha offers, but rather a hands on internship kind of deal for a week or two. This was in pre-Yamaha ownership days, so that may be changing. (As well, the company may be under pressure to start making money for its new owners, and that could have an impact on how much time they want to spend training techs form elsewhere.)

I believe you need to be affiliated with a Bose dealer to be able to get your foot in the door.
