I had a brochure years ago advertising a decorative piano scarf to dress up your grand piano. I don't know if they are still available. Any leads?

I see a lot of them when I have to take things off a grand to tune. I thought they were small decorative table cloths that folks had draped over the piano. It never occurred to me that they might be made for that.

I recall seeing something on the Piano Forum a year ago or so. There were photos as well. Check the archives.

Scarf's? I thought you wrapped those around your neck? smile Hmmm, making myself hungry. Think I'll go scarf something down.

Ha! Talk about a light touch!!

I guess I meant more of a piano shawl than a scarf! There was a lady making them especially for pianos. I don't know what I did with the brochure but I haven't seen it in probably 10 years.

I just did a search for "piano shawl" and came up with a lot more hits. I don't know why I got stuck on the word scarf. Thanks for the help anyways!

Hey, question.. How do you do that anyway? Write in "ebay item" and it clicks on it? I try it, click on it and it brings me to nowheresville.

Jerry, you have to be in full reply mode, copy the link to the web page, click on the second icon from left -create a link to a webpage- and then paste the http://... in, then you can type just a short sentence instead of that long a## link and presto...

You can also do it by hand,

[ u r l=http://google.com]google.com[/ u r l]

Just remove the spaces in the word url (both occurrences), and it should appear like this: google.com
