Hi im currently looking at a Bergman BE 109 bought new in 2002 Sn Too07420 for the price of 2800 dollars canadian. Can any tell me what kind of quality piano this is? It is supposed to be in excellent condition and if thats true is the price reasonable?

Check out the Bergman BT 109:

Then check under their Piano Brands tab.

If I remember correctly the Bergman line was a so-so entry line for Young Chang.

Do a search here on Piano Forum for Bergman.

Also, Steve Cohen { a forum member here } used to sell them.

The BE109 Bergman is an entry level piano of Young Chang's. They are made in the chinese factory and sold in America new for about $2200-2500.
I'm not familiar with the exchange rate, but figure a 6 year old one in America would be $1600 or so.
