Has anyone in this forum ever used a GeistHammer? They are expensive ($300). I'm wondering if they are worth the money...

There's one on ebay Ranger! They look nice. I'd want to feel one before I buy...

Yes, it'd be nice to feel it before paying.

Have you checked the Faulk, or the Fujan?

Here's another fine little device!

It's an Impact tuning hammer build by the Reyburn folks that bring you the RCT or Reyburn Cyber Tuner...

http://www.reyburn.com/cyberhammer.html

275 with Walnut and

249 with the rubber grip and stainless steel construction. Oh, a Brass Weight here too.

Scooter.

Thanks for that information, guys. I had heard of the Fujan and the Cyberhammer before, but not the Faulk. The GeistHammer I saw on Ebay looks nice. I have been using a rosewood extension hammer for many years. By looking at the pics I feel that some of these new tuning levers provide a more comfortable and natural grip that can offer better control. Maybe??

I purchased a Charles Faulk hammer and I'm very pleased with it. The individually styled handle is very comfortable and each handle is unique. Good luck with your decision.

I currently have a Faulk lever too, but am probably going to try Mayer Gluzman's Fujan knock-off.

A couple of guys in my Chapter have bought this lever. One of them also has a Fujan but likes this one better because of the convenience of being able to use standard heads.

I also love my cyberhammer. However, my wife who's learning to tune has kidnapped it!
