Curra, thanks for your comments. At this point, this conversation is well beneath both of us.

Just remember one of the physical constants of this universe; to make something clean, something else has to get dirty. But you can make everything dirty without ever making anything clean!

Is it that you're unwilling to learn, or are you just stubborn? Or is this timely withdrawal from conversation a convenient excuse to avoid discussing fugues in general? Because if that's the reason, why not just say so and I'll educate you on the subject.

It would be nothing to be ashamed of to admit that by the way. Many pianists read the music, play the music, but sadly, havent the slightest clue about the forces that shape the content.

Lol, I was just listening to the three voice ricercare from the musical offering and I think I heard part of the subject from the d minor fugue from wtc book II in there.

Oh I also just remembered, I once found a B-A-C-H in wtc b minor fugue book one but am not sure if it's really there or not because the "BA" and the "CH" are separated. I do think the measure number was related to the number 14 however, making it more believable that it was deliberate.
