That's one of the most perplexing requests I've ever seen.

May I ask what the significance of these four measures is, and why you would need every note identified in only these four measures?

As good as I am at playing piano, I'm not exactly the best at reading notes. It would be great if someone could identify the notes just to make life much easier for me plus I have to play at a concert next month and no there isn't a bug in the link

I'm still perplexed!

I am really at a loss to understand how you've been able to read through the dozens of measures of the piece that are at least as challenging as these four, including the two cadenzas.

"Dude"...you seriously can't see anything wrong with the fact that you can't read music and are asking people to name Liszt note by note for you? And that you expect us to believe you have a teacher and are playing said Liszt in an upcoming recital?

And now you are getting snotty with people who wonder why you can't just make the effort of learning to read music...or at least sitting down with a cheat sheet of what notes are which and working it out yourself?

Give the chappie a break chaps ... he only registered yesterday and hasn't picked up on Forum etiquette... his count is 3!!!

Hi Dude1,
Nobody here is going to wet-nurse you through identifying each note to Liebestraum ... a fundamental requirement is for everybody to get acquainted with identifying the notes ... there are oodles of links to this info.

But just a word of advice ... don't get stroppy on the Forum ... a guaranteed way to lose friends.
