Hey Everybody!

I'm Paul, I'm 29 and I live in Suffolk County North Shore in Long Island. I recently gotten back in playing the piano. I started when I was 6 and stopped when I was 12, which was unfortunate.

I work in Finance and being involved in music adds more meaning to me. I also work as a volunteer for the Philharmonic Orchestra, which I truly find really inspiring since I get to meet very important and famous artists. (Recently I met and got a photo with Andre Watts! He was amazing in his Emperor Concerto with the Philharmonic over the weekend)

I am looking for friends who are into helping and teach each other for fun around Long Island. Something of a group that meets on a regular basis and enjoy having a group meeting. Exchanging ideas, playing to each other, critiquing each other to improve one's technique.

If you are local to Suffolk/Long Island. PLEASE do contact me and lets start a group in L.I.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Paul,
I live on the North Fork of Long Island, and just got back to playing the piano after many years. I studied music at Hofstra, and changed careers. I'm now retired and have lots of time to practice. I found a wonderful teacher close to home and I'm concentrating on the classical works with my teacher. On my own work on pop. Sounds like you attended recent conert at either LIU or Stony Brook. I was not able to make either concert. Let's see if we can find more piano lovers on Long Island. thumb
