And All That Jazz from Chicago & Les Mis Questions

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me the original key that And All That Jazz was sung in in the Broadway run. I found sheet music in A Major but I'm not sure if that's how it was. I think Catherine Zeta-Jones might have sung in it C Major in the film version. I've really only listened to the London Cast Recording and it sounds like it's much lower than C Major.
Also, I have a question about I Dreamed a Dream from Les Mis. I have a copy of it and it begins in F Major. I know in the original piano/vocal selections it begins in Eb Major. Can anyone who knows please tell me where the F Major one comes from? I would imagine it was included in a book that was a collection of musical songs.
Thank you all very much for any information you can provide.

I think Neil Diamond has a version of "I Dreamed a Dream" in the key of F. From wikipedia: Other uses Many singers have covered this song, including Neil Diamond (from his 1987 live album Hot August Night 2) and Aretha Franklin (from her 1991 album What You See Is What You Sweat).[2] Franklin also performed this song for U.S. President Bill Clinton on the evening of the day that he was inaugurated.[3]

In the theatre score "Jazz" starts in A, moves to Bb, B and C and ends (after the dialogue culminating with "I gotta pee!" in Bb.
In the MTI score "Dreamed" is in E, then F#. In the handwritten vocal score (as used, I think in the London production) it's in Eb then F. The British songbook has it in F and G, the American edition in Eb and F.

Thank you so very much, your answer gave all I needed and more! I have seen the MTI score, and I now know why it includes the E major version along with the Eb version.
