Here's a video with me playing. It's titled "Desert Flowers" and uses seventh chords in the right hand. In fact, the entire piece is just the right hand ... except for a few bass notes thrown in at the end. Enjoy!

thanks, Ed! Very pretty. Can I ask a music theory question? What is the difference between D dorian (which is what you have Cirrus listed as) and A minor (which would've have been my [apparently incorrect ] guess from looking at the sheet music?

Hi Monica and thanks for the compliment. D dorian is all on the white keys. It's the D major scale with a flat fourth and seventh. It's just a minor scale that I like to use.

I forget the correct spelling for the A minor scale. Ooops.

A minor is all white keys, too. That's why I was guessing it.

You're right. That's called the aeolian scale. I was thinking you wanted to know the spelling of a harmonic minor.
