Heintzman Piano serial number question

I own a Heintzman and was wondering where to find the serial number. There isn't a plate with a stamp on it. I found 2 numbers. One is stamped in ink that says Yorke 89072 and the other is stamped in the wood soundboard to the left of the action and again on the right hand side same location 3497.
It is an upright "Grand in Vertical Form" stamped inside, and only has 2 pedals not common on the newer Heintzman uprights. It is stamped Heintzman & Co, Toronto.
Thank you so much for your help in trying to put an age to this piano that was passed down to me.

89072 is the right number. It was made in 1945.
