I was offered a Kawai GE-30 for $10,200 including delivery, sales tax (8.375%) and a $750 Kawai rebate.
The piano was coming from a loan program from a university and it was a 2007 production. Do you think it's a good deal? I like this one because it is not as muffled as the other kawais I have heard but also not as bright as the newer Yamahas (GB1, GC1) that I tried today.

What do you think?

I was going out on a 5K budget but turns out cannot get anything good with that budget so now I am extending it to 10K after everything.

Also somebody is offering a C1 1990 yamaha for 10,900 on craigslist. Whad do you think?

First time piano buying with my own money here... Need some help! >.<

Just for the background, I have been playing piano since 7 yrs old (I'm 23 now) with an IBACH for about 10 years, 3 years with 25yrs old U3 and with a digital piano P70 for 5 years (college time). Now I'm looking for something that's good but not too big as my living room is kinda small (12x12 feet)
