I started to use the Learn and Master Piano series, and true to form, I jumped ahead to see what was coming. Well, there is this thing in there called "Lazy" which had this really mellow minor chord progression. I went ahead and recorded that progression, as well as acoustic guitar rhythm, and the lead guitar based off what little of a melody line they provided. Let me know what you think! http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=866596&songID=7640798

What a treat - I like the ocean sounds. The tune sounds like "Summertime" from Porgy and Bess, no?

Thanks! I've heard that from someone I work with, but I've never heard of Porgy and Bess. The only Summertime I know is either Kenny Chesney or DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince Maybe it was Learn and Master Pianos' way of getting past copyright when they did the chord progression, they do have a thing titled "Motel Calidonia"

It is "Summertime". I've played it many times myself.
