The MDS 26 received some good reviews over the Organ Forum.
I have not played one myself, so couldn't tell you from experience. They are mid90's vintage, I think.
If everything else failed you could still run the MIDI through software and come out ahead.
If you don't want it, let me know; I'll borrow a truck and come down and get it. I'm in Virginia, it wouldn't be too far to go for a good practice organ. Not sure how I'd get it down my basement stairs though.
