BH 115 vs Pearl River studio

Hi, Im a novice when it comes to pianos and I've been looking to buy a piano and I believe I have it narrowed down to two. The Baldwin Hamilton 115 and the Pearl River T2 i believe is the model. Both of them are studios and new but the Hamilton/Baldwin has a spruce soundboard whereas the Pearl River has a laminated one. the BH is 2888 and the Pearl is 3100. As im unfamiliar with pianos I just want one that sounds better and lasts long. I dont know which one has a better reputation. Any help in deciding would be appreciated!!
