Hello,
What's a fair/good price for a used, like new condition Yamaha Clavinova CLP230 (CLP-230)? I'm going to go out to look at it today.
Is $900 too much?

Or, am I just better off getting a new Yamaha YDP160 or Casio AP400?

Thanks.

it's an ok price, i guess, since it sounds like around the half of the original price. YDP160 would cost more than that though, but with additional 3-level dynamic sampling however. quality-wise, Yamaha Clavinova models are better (than similar YDPs, or Casio models).

Go for the CLP230. Sounds like a deal.

I bought the piano for $800.
It is in perfect, almost brand new condition, with an extra wide bench that I can sit with one of my little ones.
The gentleman that I bought the piano from was very nice too and he was happy that it was going to be played.
I'm so excited, it is wonderful!
Thank you all for teaching me so much in the last couple of weeks, reading your posts and replies.
