That one is not photoshopped. I remember seeing some of those on the road, but never in the water.

some body youtube the british show Top Gear. THey did a challenge of taking normal cars and turning them in to boats. The was a Wolks van turned house boat, a Toyota truck turned speed boat and a convertible turned sail boat.
