A clue - Merry (me), Kerri (Beelady), and Terry (Terrytunes), the traveling PW party triplets! So, Monica, have you seen Frank's Feet before? More later...

Got to spend time with some long time piano friends on Tues Noon. House/music room is teeny weeny so can only host a few at a time. I had planned on have an elegant picnic out on one the quarry estates that I garden care for, but the weather was downpours so we had a picnic in the LR. Therefore, the fearless leader of our forums became barefooted. I was only happy to see that those toes were not painted red! A good time was had and it was great to hear my piano played by someone other than me. A few more photos. The other half of the bottom half - As with all piano parties, the picnic pics And first in line - Terrytunes! (who BTW played a beautiful Babajanian Elegia) And touring the gardens

Yes, it was a great time.
Kathy and I had a wonderful day. We didn't care about the rain, although it would have been nice if we could have walked through some of LilyLady's gardens.
We did walk through the garden in her yard, it's amazing! Absolutely beautiful! Can't imagine the work that went into creating it, or the upkeep to maintain it.
LL is one creative lady, her gardens (we did drive by some, and walked around one) are so much more lively and exciting then others we've seen.
Loved the Mason & Hamlin BG, big rich, warm tone. LL lifted the top when I played my rock version of the Moonlight Sonata, they probably could hear me in the next town :-)
And those lobster rolls. I LOVE lobster, and they were perfect.
Terrytunes and BeeLady drove down for the gathering, making for a fun day. They were among the first forums members I ever met in person, at a party BeeLady held at her home years ago.
Good food, good drink, good friends, good music ... life is good :-)
P.S. LL ... we drove by 71 Atlantic, even drove up the driveway, loved the garden/landscaping.

Thank you for the memorable day, LL! Through PW I have developed many wonderful friendships with others who share my passion for the piano. But I have probably enjoyed more gatherings and piano moments in the last 5 years with Lilylady. I am thankful for the day she came onboard to PW and took interest in our local gatherings. Being a former piano teacher, she has the desire to assist in coaching my piano performance and provides me with further insight along with encouragement. I have shared my lovely adventure to LL's home and the impeccable gardens she maintains with family/friends. Each time I share my story of Tuesday's adventure, I am reminded of how fortunate I have been. Kathy...truly a pleasure to meet you once again. Thank you for taking good care of Frank! I've never seen him so happy. Even though it rained outside the friendships sparkled inside! Oh, and Bee, thought of you today while grocery shopping. Picked out some goat cheese for a new recipe. And thanks for the collection of pics you’ve shared. I not only found my camera in my car(!!) later that evening but a brand new one arrived in the mail; courtesy of the birthday fairy!
