I posted this in PC twice and got nuttin'. Hopefully someone here can help me.

I LOVE Lorie Line's rendition of "Frosty the Snowman" but as of yet, it is not in print.

Do any of you know of a Frosty version that is similar?
If you haven't heard it, it is a really jazzy version of it.
Thanks smile

I love it! Frosty the Snowman in August! I would love a jazzy version, too. Last December at a recital for my students, about 10 of them wanted to play the same arrangement of Frosty. Any variety out there is great grin

Seems to me there's a version of it in a book by Jon Grier, too.

I have "A Swingin Holiday Season" arranged by Dan Rodowicz. There is a version of Frosty the Snow Man included in that book.

Searching on Sheet Music Plus, I also came up with the following:

Funny you should say that - in my part of Australia it can get moderately cold in winter, and restaurants have started doing "Christmas in July" sort of things, so people can experience English-type Christmas fare in winter (plum pudding, turkey, mulled wine, you know). Part of this whole thing is Christmas music, so Frosty the Snowman is exactly the sort of thing you play for a July/August restaurant gig here. It's weird, I know - comes of being upside-down.
And I just noticed your little cake - Happy Birthday! smile

I have a friend who lives up in the mountains. Blackheath, I believe. Supposedly it can get pretty darn cold "Down Under" at this time of year. smile
