I received the piano via Fed Ex only 6 days later first thing in the a.m.! Unfortunately, yesterday I discovered that one piano key is depressed and won't spring back into place- I emailed Tim and he responded back saying he contacted Kawaii and they would be calling me to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and gave the service technician's name (at Kawaii in CA) and number as well in case I didn't want to wait. Hope all that helps!
