I've seen the name "Sehnsuchtswalzer" quite offen as the name of different composers' variations. I know it's a work by Schubert, but I can't find it in his list of works. What is it exactly? What intrument is it written for?(seems like piano?) Is it one of his What's its opus/Deutsch #?? Also, what is D.Anh? Is it a special collection of Schubert's like Bach's Notebook for Anna?

Sehnsuchtswalzer = Waltz of Longing
Anh. is short for Anhang (appendix).
As for your other questions, I have no idea. I also don't know the piece in question.

The Waltz in A-flat, the second Waltz from the Waltzes of Op. 9 is marked : "Trauer - oder Sehnsuchts - Walzer" (Sad Waltz - or Waltz of Longing) in my Universal Edition of the complete Dances for Piano by Schubert.

The same Waltz is the theme for the Theme and Variations that make up the ninth - and last - of the Soirées de Vienne, Listz's transcriptions of some of the Waltzes of Schubert.

Schubert's very famous Trauer Waltz Op.9 No.2 was also used by Czerny in his glittering Op.12 "Variations on a Beloved Viennese Waltz by Schubert": Czerny Op.12 Variationen über einen beliebten Wiener-Walzer Mel
