Hello Everyone, I am looking for a good cross referenced Music Dictionary for my daughters.I'm looking at one, but I'm basing it on how many pages it has, it is called, The Harvard Dictionary of Music by Don Michael Randel.
Thanks, John

I like the Harvard Dictionary of Music. It is, however, only topical and not biographical (in other words, there are no entries for people). The companion Harvard Biographical Dictionary of Music gives you information on composers and musicians. I have both and use them frequently.
